The Wizard Fanghorn
and other Fairy tales
by Lee van Laer
A free e-book in .pdf format
When my children were quite young, I used to make up stories about the Wizard Fanghorn — spontaneously, as we went along — for bedtime. The stories proved popular enough that I wrote some of them down. This led to a small group of tales about the wizard and his largely dysfunctional magical family.
In addition, the book includes a number of more "serious" — and not so serious —fairy tales of various descriptions. Almost all of them are suitable for children, but some are more sophisticated and adult than others.
